Mary Harris is a free-lance writer who also enjoys discovering new dining experiences.  She earned her B.A. at University of Wisconsin/Madison and her Paralegal Certification from Mallinckrodt College.  Her son was diagnosed with asthma and peanut, corn, wheat and egg white allergies at age 4; her daughter has a family history of asthma and a dairy sensitivity. Mary, her husband, and two children reside in Chicago, Illinois where Mary continues her quest for perfectly delicious food and a best-selling novel.

Wilma Selzer Nachsin is delighted to be sharing with you this updated edition of the cookbook. She is a member of a dinner swap co-op, and lucky for her, the other families have not minded eating her meal creations. She continues to explore new recipes and allergy-free foods, and is now experimenting with raw foods.

In addition to her love of foods and nutrition, Wilma has become a life and career coach. She partners with people who are looking for answers to many of life's pressing questions, including how to break free from feeling stuck in a rut, and how to live a life on purpose by focusing on what matters most. She also has 10 years experience in Human Resources Management, and consults with small business owners who utilize her expertise to hire, develop, and retain the best people in support of the vision, mission, and goals of their organizations.

Wilma earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Home Economics Education and Consumer Education. She received her Career Coach Certification from the Career Coach Institute, and is a graduate of the Coach Training Institute.
